“Voices from the Bench” Report for GQUAL and UN Women (2026)

As lead consultant for GQUAL and UN Women, I designed and conducted the research behind Voices from the Bench: Women Shaping International Justice (2026) — including a mixed-methods approach, 23 in-depth interviews with women in international justice spaces, and the drafting of core findings on how women’s leadership reshapes legal reasoning, institutional cultures and accountability outcomes.
